Facsimile Editions from The Osborne Collection of Early Children's Books is a series of high-quality facsimile reissues of English children's books from the Osborne Collection of the Toronto Public Library. The series was produced by Holp Shuppan Publishers (Tokyo) in collaboration with The Bodley Head (London) in 1981-1982. The facsimiles reproduced original 18th- and 19th-century publications, including fairy tales, rhyming books, moral stories, alphabet books, and early illustrated children's books, with faithful illustrations and bound presentations that preserve the aesthetics of the historical prints.
